Our Love Story

Our story began in January of 2025 when we went on our first date at East Pole Coffee. What started as a casual coffee date turned into a full-on interview! From the very first conversation, we skipped the small talk and jumped straight into the big questions (including Soon’s credit score…LOL). It was clear from our first date that we had something special and that honesty and laughter were going to be big parts of our journey. 

As the weeks turned into months, we discovered how compatible we were and how naturally our lives fit together. We shared the same values, the same faith, and the same goals for the future. It felt less like dating and more like building a life together.

In summer of 2025, Soon asked Susan to marry him in Chattanooga, Tennessee. What Susan thought was a regular day turned out to be one of the best days of her life! Since then, we have been counting down the days to start our greatest adventure together. We’re so thankful for our family and friends who have supported us along the way, and we can’t wait to celebrate with everyone!
